Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and Google account identifier.
• Journal data you enter: account names, daily results, notes, rules and settings.

We do not ask for broker passwords or API keys, and you should never enter them in notes.

Why and legal basis

To provide the service you asked for (login, storing and syncing your journal): performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) in the EU region [region]. Google acts as our processor. Your browser also keeps a local copy of your journal and a theme preference (local storage). We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with our processors needed to run the service (Google Cloud / Firebase).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete it. Use Delete account in the app to permanently remove your login and all journal data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export (use Backup in the app), deletion, restriction or object to processing. Contact [email]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
